What about other CBD products?
There was a 2017 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, researchers tested 84 CBD products purchased from 31 different online retailers. Roughly seven out of 10 items (70%) had different levels of CBD than what was written on the label. Of all of the items tested, roughly half had more CBD than was indicated; a quarter had less. And 18 of the samples tested positive for THC, despite it not being listed on the label.
✅ FACT: In a study of 84 CBD products sold by 31 companies online, blind testing found that only about 31 percent of them contained the amount of CBD listed on the label.

Legal in all 50 states
The Farm Bill has just passed solidifying the legality of hemp based products in all 50 states – 12/12/2018. The era of hemp prohibition is over. Hemp is now permanently removed from the Controlled Substances Act – CSA. It is forever deemed an agricultural commodity, no longer mistaken as a controlled substance, like marijuana.
By defining hemp to include its extracts, cannabinoids and it’s derivatives, Congress explicitly has removed hemp products such as hemp derived Cannabinol (CBD) from the purview of the CSA. Accordingly, the Drug Enforcement Administration no longer has any possible claim to interfere with interstate commerce of hemp products.
